I finally found a CLOCHE!
The thing is, I didn't know I wanted one so badly until I started seeing them show up all over blogs! I found this on my birthday when we were having lunch at Cracker Barrel with Steve's parents. Can you believe of all places I found a cloche and stand like this?
Ooh, la, la!!!
I can't wait to use it to display other items, especially for this time of the year! What items do you display in your cloche?
Very pretty.
ReplyDeleteI've got to get me some of those.
Nice!
ReplyDeleteI love Cracker Barrel for many reasons; I'm glad you found a great item there. :)
Very cool! I love it! I've never even hear of a cloche before.
ReplyDeleteDid you see my new decorations? :)
Very darling! I love cracker barrel. We don't have one here in Hutchinson so on the way to Wisconsin for CECL we passed one and had to turn around and go eat there!I am just a little Southern girl.
ReplyDeleteI feel silly that I had never heard the word "cloche" before! :) But, it's super cute!! And, I LOVE all the cute stuff Cracker Barrel sells.... when we're traveling my husband tries to avoid stopping there bc he knows it will add to our time.

ReplyDeleteHow BEAUTIFUL!!!! I personally do not have one (YET)...but I've been on the hunt.
I LOVE the black base!!!
I can't wait to see what you display for Christmas. :-)
I like your cloche! It will be fun to see how you decorate it through the holidays!
ReplyDeleteThat is so cute! I don't have one either and have been wondering what I would do with it if I had one. I love the pumpkin in there, and the stand is so pretty!

What a pretty one! I love the shape. I usually keep nests under mine but I do change them out for the seasons.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great find! I do not have one myself but have been keeping my eyes open for one!
ReplyDeleteI love Cracker Barrel, and one is opening up in a couple of months just a mile from my house. Yipee!
ReplyDeleteI like the pumpkin inside the cloche and you could use a variety of Christmas decorations in it. You'll have to try a few things and see what looks best.
Many sweet blessings!
I bought the same cloche a few days ago but don't have anything in it yet. I have others that are filled (bird and nest, eggs, etc.) I can't seem to pass them up and this one was a steal of a deal.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know what it was until today, so I learned something new.
ReplyDeleteThanks! I knew blogging had more value then meets the eye.

I have always wanted an antique cloche! I think they are so charming!
ReplyDeleteYours is darling! Can't wait to see what you place underneath as the seasons change!
Now that is fun! What you will be able to do with that...love the pumpkin and the ribbon!

Oooh! I have a Cracker Barrel about 2 miles away from my house...I wonder if I could find one of those cloches at mine? I guess I'll have to stop in and see!
ReplyDeleteI don't have one of these either, but am seeing them all over blogland! Yours is pretty - congrats. on finding one. :-)
ReplyDeleteSo cute....What were cloche's orignaially made for? I love old things and new things that look old.
ReplyDeleteCracker Barrel is one of my favorite places to find unique items. I might have to see if my CB has a cloche with my name on it. We'll see.
